- How does the Letterboxd higher or lower game work?
- Two films appear side by side. One Letterboxd score is shown and the other is hidden. Guess whether the hidden film has a higher or lower Letterboxd score to keep your streak going. One wrong guess ends the run.
- Is there a daily Letterboxd game?
- Yes. The Daily Challenge is 10 rounds with the same films for everyone, and it resets at midnight. Share your score afterwards and see how you compare with friends.
- Can I play the Letterboxd game for free?
- Letterrankd is completely free. There is no account, no signup and no ads. You can also play endless Freeplay as many times as you like.
- Where do the scores come from?
- Every score is the film's average rating on Letterboxd, out of 5. The film list covers everything from blockbusters to cult classics and new releases.
- Is this the same as Letter Boxed, the word puzzle?
- No. Letter Boxed is a word puzzle from the New York Times. Letterrankd is a movie game built around Letterboxd, the film-rating community. It is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Letterboxd.
